1 Starting Price & Custom Quotes
All custom PC baseline packages displaying "Starting from RM 1,000" represent the minimum
baseline entry-level configuration (e.g., streamlined daily driver or esports starter build).
Note on Component Quotes: Final build prices fluctuate based on live market component
pricing (GPU tier, CPU, high-frequency DDR5 RAM, and custom liquid cooling hardline additions).
Any quotations generated via our WhatsApp Builder Desk or Interactive Quote Wizard remain valid for
7 business days from issuance, after which component costs may adjust to match distributor
inventory levels.
2 Nationwide Delivery & Freight Fees
Unless explicitly designated as part of an active promotional campaign (e.g., "Free Nationwide Shipping"),
quoted PC build prices do not include delivery fees.
- West Malaysia (Peninsular): Standard courier dispatch via insured priority logistics
(RM 35 – RM 70 depending on chassis weight and packaging volume).
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Secure air or ocean freight with insured wooden crate
enclosure (calculated by volumetric weight).
- Klang Valley Workshop Pickup: Complimentary self-collection available at our master
builder lab with live bench demonstration.
- Transit Protection: Every dispatched rig is shielded with expanding high-density foam
(InstaPak) inside the glass chassis and double-boxed with reinforced corner guards.
3 Build Timeline & 24H Stress Testing
Hardtekk refuses to compromise on build integrity. Every custom PC undergoes a multi-stage quality control
cycle before release:
- Component Inspection & Hand Assembly: Tailored cable routing, optimal fan airflow
orientation, and thermal paste spread verification.
- 24-Hour Thermal Burn-In: Sustained GPU and CPU loops (Cinebench R23, FurMark, 3DMark
Time Spy) ensuring temperatures remain under lab thresholds.
- MemTest86 & Stability Check: Zero memory errors and EXPO/XMP profile validation for
stutter-free gaming.
- Clean OS Installation: Genuine Windows 11 Pro installed clean and debloated with
updated BIOS, chipset, and GPU drivers.
Standard build lead time is 3 to 7 business days following deposit confirmation. Custom
acrylic hardline liquid cooling loops require 7 to 14 business days for meticulous tube
bending and pressure leak testing.
4 3-Year Hardware Lab Warranty
All complete custom desktop systems built by Hardtekk are protected by our comprehensive 3-Year
Hardware Lab Warranty:
- 1-to-1 Component Replacement: During the manufacturer's warranty period, Hardtekk
manages all RMA processing with local Malaysian authorized distributors.
- Lifetime Free Labor & Diagnostics: No labor fees for hardware upgrades, thermal
re-pasting, or troubleshooting for the entire lifespan of your build.
- Warranty Exclusions: Does not cover physical impact damage, liquid spills on external
ports, lightning surges (surge protector recommended), unauthorized BIOS modding, or cryptocurrency mining
operations.
5 Payment Terms & Commitment Deposits
Because every custom PC is uniquely tailored to the client's specifications:
- A 50% commitment deposit is required before component procurement, custom cabling, or
chassis modification begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon successful benchmark verification and photo/video handoff prior to
dispatch or upon in-person workshop pickup.
- Accepted payment methods: DuitNow Instant Transfer, Online Bank Transfer, and major Malaysian e-wallets.
6 Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
Once component boxes are unsealed and customized assembly has begun, commitment deposits become
non-refundable to cover manufacturer restocking and custom labor costs.
In the improbable event of Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) hardware or courier damage, Hardtekk will expedite
immediate 1-to-1 component replacement or recall the system for express servicing at zero cost to the
client.
